Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Boszz Clothing Shop, we take as much pride in our customer service as we do in our premium menswear collections. Should any of our trousers, shirts, or other garments not meet your exacting standards, we offer a refined returns and exchanges process designed with the modern gentleman in mind.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Polo Shirts with removed tags or signs of wear
  • Underwear and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • Items purchased during special promotions marked as “final sale”

The Refined Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To begin your return or exchange, please email our Bristol-based customer service team at [email protected] with the following details (a template is provided below for your convenience).

Step 2: Package Your Items

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging if possible, including all tags and protective coverings. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing

Once received, our quality team will inspect your items within 3-5 business days. You will receive email confirmation when your return is processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Exchange Requests

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. Should your requested item be unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
